AttackPAK provides standard shipping to the Continental U.S. Please contact us to discuss International shipments.
Our orders will be shipped to you via the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service. The majority of our orders will be sent Ground Delivery unless otherwise requested. Please note delivery time is currently 6-8 weeks after receipt of your order. We anticipate the delivery time will decrease as we ramp up production. All USPS and UPS shipping occurs Monday-Friday. The shipping charge for all orders is $25.00.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes
P.O. boxes will not accept delivery of packages. You must provide a ship to address that can accept packages delivery.
Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
AttackPAK wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If within 30 days of receipt you are not positively satisfied, you may return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, please contact us by email or phone for a Return Authorization number; returns without an RA number will be sent back to the consumer, COD. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, EXCLUDING any shipping and handling. Your refund will be in the same form of as your payment.
NO returns permitted on custom orders, without prior approval.
Our Bullet Proof Warranty applies: Our packs will only stop a bullet with a ballistic insert. If it breaks through materials or construction defects, we will fix it. If it was due to abuse or normal wear, we will still fix it, but there may be a nominal charge. Under all circumstances, you will need a Return Authorization (RA) number. Your item will be sent back without one.
To request an RA number, please contact us by phone or email. Please send the package via your carrier of choice to: AttackPAK, Attn: Returns, 4990 East Asbury, Denver, Colorado, US, 80222. Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt of the merchandise. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you feel you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider and/or financial institution; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
